長い間行けてなかった " dentist " ・・
ようやく・・・行きました～
dentist は、行きたい！と思った時には
決まって " face the grave problems " で、
現実として行くことが出来ませんでした・・
この10年・・・本当にいろいろあって・・・
生きていく気力がない状態でした（the bottom）
' lose my nerve ' feelings でした・・が・・
今こそ I have no choice but to go !!
行けて良かった！！！
dentist からは・・・『10年ぶりですよ～！』って。
